60 FPS?

I was very excited and literally bought a new camera to get 60 fps in vtube studio. It's the Kiyo Pro from Razor.
And yet...why am I still getting 25 FPS? I don't want 25, I want 60 like on the Iphone.
Is that not possible? Is there a mod, setting, anything I can do to force it to go to 60 FPS? I'm pretty sure on the Iphone it's 60 FPS, right? Why wouldn't it be possible here? Maybe it's the camera?

Edit: I turned off HDR which should, in theory, allow it to go to 60 FPS, but now it just went from 25 to 30....which is still not 60...

Before, I had a Microsoft webcam that was 30 FPS, although for some reason it showed 23 ish fps in vtube studio…I would assume that 60FPS is quite the jump, but it’s stuck at 30. Even with HDR off and my new camera…. ;-;

Edit2: I FOUND THE ISUE!!! It was the application refresh settings XD

That said....why does it still show 28-30 FPS? There's clearly a difference between my old and new camera.
