Issues with Custom Items

I cannot seem to get custom PNGs to work. I save a png, I put the png in items, and the item shows in the listing. However, when I open Vtube Studio, the item does not appear.
I have tried resaving. Shutting down the program, opening it back up. I have resized the png multiple times, and have renamed it to try to figure out what the issue is.
I thought maybe it was my saving. It wasn't. I downloded someone else's free asset, went through the same process and nothing has worked. I don't know what this could be?
If anyone as any suggestions that would be appreciated.

I'll need some more details. Could you post your logs ("Logs" folder is next to the "Live2DModels" folder). If possible, please post them in the VTube Studio Discord.
