Report a translation problem
As you already said, your way should be correct:
- Export to runtime/moc3, Live2d will then give you not only one file (the literal .moc3) but also a bunch of other files and another subfolder containing textures etc.
- Create a new folder within your VTS folder. A good indicator is to just open VTS, click on "add model" and it will automatically show you what folder to use. Like the existing ones, create a new subfolder with your models' name and throw all (!!) the exported files in there, including the moc3, the json files and subfolder created by Live2D
- Again, go to the "add model" option in VTS, and your new folder/name should show up.
