Hotkeys not working while another steam game is in focus

I was live while playing another game on steam and my hotkeys were not working. I tried having it run as administrator like what was suggested on the discord and that did not fix the problem. any answers?

Did you create a thread on the Discord or just write in one of the channels? I'll check the threads in a moment. If not, please create one. It's much easier to keep up with issues than in the Steam forums.

Hotkeys not working outside of VTube Studio is an admin issue 99% of the time.
