Show transparency not working in OBS.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, this is really frustrating. I'm probably missing some minor thing but I have NO IDEA what it could be. As the title says. The option to 'Show transparency' in OBS and OBS streamlabs WILL NOT work for me. I have to Chromea key and select a green backround with color picker. And that still leaves a noticeable clear layer on top of game play.

Maybe your in VTS aren't correct? I've got screenshots on this page:

Check the section "Recording with OBS (transparent background)". You have to check "Transparent in capture" in VTube Studio on the color picker thing.
