Does the DLC carry over to shared accounts?

I bought this on my non-stream account, but I can't seem to get rid of the little Akari. Do I have to refund and purchase it on this account.

I'm not sure myself, but just as a forewarning going forward, yall don't have to buy the dlc. In streamlabs at least, you can alt drag yalls virtual Vtube Webcam so you can crop Akari's hovering path out of the way.

DLC for free games can't be shared. You'll have to refund and purchase on your other account. Quote from Steam Support page:

Technically true, but if you enjoy using VTube Studio, please consider buying the DLC to support the development.

It seems if you set it up in the same computer it launches with the same configuration, same models even. So you don’t have to buy it twice :)
