Lip Sync Guide

Hello! I am using the PC version of vtube studio. Over all, I like a lot of its features but, as most know, the lip syncing leaves some features to be desired. I was wondering if anyone has a guide as for which keyframes in live2D will correlate with which vtube studio lip sync. It doesn't sue my open smile for the actual open smile, and when I tried swapping some of these around it became a real mess. Just hoping for some guidance if possible.

as you can see the open smile is very different than how it shows in vtube. Honestly I wish they could use whatever facerig uses. The lip syncing in there is better, but it's about the only thing they do better. I enjoy how ease it is to mess with expressions in vtube, and I like the addition of an idle animation.
