Has anyone tested this with glasses on?
I am just curious, I intend on testing it, but if anyone tested it yet, can you explain how it was? Could be useful for the VTube Studio developers to see and figure out what to fix and what is good as is.

I've gotten feedback from some people with mixed results. For some the tracking was all over the place, for others it was as good as without their glasses.

I think it mostly depends on the lighting. If you have big reflections on your glasses, the camera won't be able to see your pupils. Gotta try around a bit, but it's possible to make it work.

I've got glasses, it seems to be working okay for me, the eye tracking doesn't feel perfect, but much better than prprlive eye tracking at least. Unfortunately I can't test it with my glasses off because I can't see anything without them haha. It does seem to react properly to me closing and opening my eyes, but... it's hard to describe, I can't get the range of motion to properly copy my eyes. Like if I squint a little they close all the way, but then later they might not open all the way even if my eyes are wide. But those are rare, it usually performs well, i'd say about 90% of the time. And even when it's a bit off center so to speak, it still gets the job done very well, the eyes still open and close as I blink, although it's sometimes hard to tell because my eyes are closed during the blink.

I've also only been using it for a very short time, but I plan to use it going forward for my streams, so I may come back if I feel I have any more info worth sharing with you.
i use clear, circular glasses and it works fine for me

Glasses don't work well for me, using iphone tracking so far, but I don't have anti-glare lenses. I plan on getting some soon.

my glasses have GLARE, it seems to think the glare is me opening and closing my eyes, and the glare stops it from seeing my pupils (I have messed up glasses with a lot of spots and reflection, so basically my hypothesis is that people who have trouble with the system tracking their eyes are likely getting glare off of their glasses from the screen, and people with more messed up glasses have more problems).

I have small rectangle glasses, works fine for me

I wear glasses and this does fairly well with them. It's unlikely to ever be perfect, but it's better than most at working out your eyes while your wearing glasses.

works fine during day (so natural lighting from outside, no lamps on) but at night when i have my rooms lamp on its basically impossible with glasses on

Partly the lighting and partly the style of the glasses I think. Thicker frames and horn-rims would probably cause some tracking issues.

I wear glasses myself. There are many things to consider when thinking of the tracking support.
For me in the end, I just disabled eye tracking as it wasn't something to important to me in the end anyway.

I tested with multiple glasses. The ones, having no top, works fine. Everything else, that covers a decent part of your upper eyes, is not working properly. The thinner the rim, the better.

Does using iphone tracking solve this problem?
