How do you quit the game (demo)?

I tried to quit the demo by holding every button in my controller but nothing worked. The meny says I should hold a button that looks like an arrow pointing left, but my PS4 controller doesn't have anything resembling that. I held Left on the D-Pad, I hel the Left stick, I held the Share button, I held every button, but nothing worked.

I can't remember how I quite out--took me a minute to find it.

It is in the "load a save" page, you can see a shortcut saying "hold" to go back to the menu, then you can leave the game from the main menu.
