Stuck at Chapter 3

I think I got stuck in chapter 3. I completed the music box starting from the residential complex and activated the lever there. I believe the standard path is through the Omega Route, and now I can't access it anymore. Everywhere I go, I encounter a roadblock that prevents me from progressing. I’ve already completed the Shogun quest

I had trouble with this on my replay. I went into the Cyberwalker area and to the top and jumped across to the middle area at the top, interacted with the NPC there to start a fight, then went to the area next to it that then unlocked and interacted with Simon and he disappeared, then after that I went back and the blocks to the Omega Route were gone.

There's also another music box somewhere near the Cyberwalker area, you might need to open that one as well.

I would make a walkthrough of the game that's purely just progressing, but some things happen differently based on your class and which quests you do. I've found out that the prison escape at the beginning is different depending on your class.

I think Chapter 3 is basically just this:

Open the music box in the residential complex

Open the music box near the Cyberwalker area (forgot what it was called), you'll have to reach it the long way round by going through the building (where you fight the shogun if you're a Daimyo)

Go to the Cyberwalker area and complete all the fights there and trigger the scene I mentioned above and that should stop certain areas from being blocked off

Open the music box on the Omega Route

I don't know if you have to do any additional quests like the gym one, I think the Save Dinosaur should appear in the area you started in after you've opened all 3 music boxes. Once you're sure you've done everything, talk to the dinosaur and do the concert. The rest of Chapter 3 takes place in the same building and is mostly straightforward, I don't know if you can go back and do any quests you've missed by then so I'd get them done before the concert.

But where is Simon? I keep searching for him and can't find in the map.

I got confused, I think the Omega Route is where the Cyberwalker place is. Chapter 3's path changes depending on your class. Since you mentioned the Shogun quest I assume your class is Daimyo, if you go to the right on the roof of the building where you fought the Shogun, you can go back down the floors in the building and come out in another area that will lead to the Omega Route. The music box should be somewhere around that area.

I am with de Daimyo class. I already avenged the shogun but I don't know where to go.

if I try to go to the right on the roof of the building where I fought the Shogun, there is a roadblock which does not let me go down.

That's weird, there shouldn't be a block there if you did the Shogun fight, you should be able to go down there. Maybe it's a bug?
