can't move in combat?
Do you need consumables to move while in combat?

You can move with the left analog stick as long as you haven't selected a move to do. If you've picked a move with the d-pad you'll have to cancel out of it first. You can also change facing left or right with the right analog stick to aim your attacks.

I was playing on keyboard at the time, pressing A toggles movement, but I guess I might have had a move selected and didn't know how cancel it.

WASD moves your character during combat, arrows select inventory items/attacks you can do. Z to confirm action, X to cancel. It's the classic, albeit painful, way to emulate a gamepad via keyboard, and for better or worse, is on fleek for the game's zeerust design.

The intention behind Keyboard control design was to enable one-handed gameplay. WASD buttons function as movement buttons while Z/E function as confirm buttons and X as a cancel button. Attacks can also be selected with buttons 1-4 We will be taking your feedback into account as we look over the overall polish of the game before release, but do also bear in mind that we have a limited bandwidth as a small studio and will have to prioritize what we can get done before our release date.

1-4 for skills make sense, what got me confused were the arrow keys also triggering skills and not movement
