Terrible Stuttering on every settings | Weapon Zoom out Bug

1.Game began to stutter a lot. To a degree that it is painfull to play. Changing settigs changes nothing.
I've been experiencing this in Tunisia company (4-5 maps) and checked the old first mission on the shores.

2. While im looking thro the iron sight of any weapon or driving any vehicle holding right mouse button it switches fast from zoom-in and zoom-out modes. It feels like my right mouse button has bad contact. But no, it occures only while I play Easy Red 2.

Both buggs appeared after 1.4.6 update.


My boi: i7-9750H, 1660 TI, 16 RAM, game on SSD. Latest NVIDEA drivers (566.36).

I think I've fixed the problem.
NVIDEA App that was causing stutters after I auto tuned my GPU.

2. Auto zoom-out bug still happens when Im holding RMB and Shift key together
