Amazing Game, TERRIBLE Performance.
The performance is tragically bad. I have a Rtx 4050 with 32 gb of ram. On the absolute lowest settings with only 50% of the spawns I can't get above 10 frames. Anyone have any thoughts?

check your storage and verify integrity of game files

Make sure in NVidia settings the game is using the dedicated graphics card.

Something's very wrong because I can play this game at fairly stable 60+ FPS on a much weaker RTX 3060 laptop, with maxed AI.

Try verifying the files, maybe that'll help. Also just check your temps or any other usual culprits, maybe the issues's with your rig.
