Any games like this but for WWI?

I really enjoy this game, especially the single player focus and the free-form mission design. Do you have any suggestions for a similar experience but set in the First World War? Thanks in advance!

Best bet would probably be Verdun, Tannenberg and Isonzo. There's AI there as well, you don't have to depend on other players to have fun.

How many AI and is the AI good or not? Honestly thinking of getting Isonzo after seeing some gameplay vids recently but I am done with MP only games and games with really dumb bots.

Isonzo AI can be good, when in numbers, but other than that, they'll usually just stand out in the open, and shoot. Verdun AI at least actually attempts to get in the trench, so you should start with Verdun instead, despite the low player count.

I don't bother with online anymore I only play SP, so bot AI intelligence is important for me.

Might get it during a sale. I saw some footage of Isonzo and it looks very good.

I can't speak to Tannenberg or Isonzo, but with Verdun you can spawn AI using chat/console commands. At least 240 bots and it does get pretty hectic lol
