Hey dev! Loving the game and updates!
I noticed huge improvement in the mp40 overall, nice job! And loving the new Anzio buildings and rework, it's been nice having pretty steady updates. Thank you dev!
I just had a few comments/ideas about the mg42 overall and would like to hear your thoughts and player thoughts, if you want to!

For the mounted mg42, I feel the gun should have more of a back and forth movement when looking down iron sights (at and away from the player) and the bullet pattern currently could stay the same, maybe a little less random? Right now it just feels like I have little control over the weapon. The gun bounces quite a bit and almost FOLLOWS the bullet pattern, where instead (since the gun is mounted) it should have a more back and fourth, steady movement following each round, along with the weapon recoil being more vertical. Right now it feels like i'm hip firing the weapon, so that could stay the same, again all just suggestions. I hope that makes sense and follows a more realistic weapon overall.

Also, the weapon sounds could have more punch, bass and some more echo. When two or more of any mg's are near each other the sound really blends into one overlapping odd sound, you can tell they're using the exact same sound. If there's any way to differentiate between the two, that would be way more immersive. Maybe an answer for that is to have multiple sound files for one weapon/bullet to use at random so each weapon/bullet has a more random pattern as well.

I'd love to hear more snapping and cracking when bullets fly CLOSE by as well, but also reduce the screen darkening/shaking when bullets are too far above the player or nowhere near. It can be difficult to aim when bullet's aren't really that close. I still believe bullets can travel through some hillside terrain and building walls, incurring the premature cracking/screen darkening. It all works fine, I just think it needs a little fine tuning to be really great.
Ai also shoot almost as soon as they turn and lock-on to a target only sometimes incurring an instant death, maybe it was a sniper? With the combined screen shaking/darkening it does sometimes become difficult to respond and take cover in time because the ai "auto shoots" on site. Almost like they're robots and don't take the time to aim like it's human enemy.

Thanks again and keep up the great work!
Here's a few reference links with a bunch of different WW2 sound including many mg42 sounds with angles, perspectives, and environments.
