How collect 10 hulls for this achivment? i already play some time and never saw any hulls in shop. 2 hulls from current season i already earned, but how get more, need wait another seasons???

Either you'll get them from the shop, the season pass or the missions.
You already have both car bodies from this season pass.
"Learning the basics" and "Something more advanced" will give you another 2 car bodies as rewards.
For the rest you either have to wait for a new season pass, or you need to wait for one appear in the shop.

But to be fair, in season 2 at least I haven't seen a single car body. They will definitely be coming back into the shop at some point.
