How far does the game go?
So how far do we delve in the game? And how does the story coincide with the series?

on hello abyss: people might have a wider spectrum of opinions, but it's mostly satisfying after proper expectation management and stuff

In other words: the game is not the "complete" story but only up to some point because the rest doesnt exit yet in novel and so on or was too much content for a pc game?

right now the manga source material isn't finished and the anime aired content that the game doesn't cover

well its mostly lore accurate its not canon an exceptions to rules are ignored for the MC like not being able to rank up whistles until your 15. Its more along the lines of stuff like creatures, food and some side quest implications are canon but the story events are not

if you replay the deep in abyss starting cutscene, youd see that the subtitles say that you only look like a child, so youre definitely over 15

They say you look like a kid cause it trys to keep as much of the players past as ambiguous as possible

Also thats not the only reason the games not canon as there also alot of timeline issues
