Has anyone figured out what this is yet or how to access it? It is the last one I need for the "Not Yet, Not Now" Trophy. Any help would be fantastic and much appreciated! Hope you are all enjoying the game as much as I am!

As far as I know, you have to clear the game, have finished Riko's story (probably?) and go back to the goblets of the giants. There should be a purple ? that starts it. It's basically a role swap of the Riko questline and assumes it never happened, very strange.

The abyss works in mysterious ways. I can also believe that they are both that dense that they could actually end up getting in the same situation twice.

I have clear the game but by that time, I haven't clear Riko's story quest. After I clear Riko's quest, I didn't see any purple ! mark in goblets of the giants.
Any suggestions to solve this?

I observed that at times the game require you to complete other quests to make "time pass". Try to deliver a couple completed quests and return to the 4 lyer.

I was able to do all of the quests in one go. It's rather straight line across three areas. The main danger comes from you being low on resources the first time you're there and the orb piercer's poison. I used a few letter balloons to help figure out a good way to get by unscathed. Otherwise you're going to have to go up three stratums effectively running on empty.
