I sure hope not, at least I hope it's uncensored on PC. I'd be very disappointed, as would a majority of the anime's fans. I didn't buy Zanki Zero because of the changes in the western release.

One of JPN news says this game will contain all the .. you know, gore and hard core stuff from manga without anything taken out.
Which is why this game got CERO Z (18+ adult only) in Japan.

But of course, it could change for western users. So don't get your hopes up.

The set of people that would get upset about any "content" in this game does not include the set of people that would buy this game. all the people that would REEEEEEE about nudity and gore involving a 12 year old girl and a robot wouldn't touch this game with a 99 and a half light year pole. The game isn't aimed at those people and if those people did their research should not even think about touching this game.
Though it is true the set of people that are loud on twatter includes the set of people that would reee about the game. if spike chunsoft want's to protect it's bottom line, they would ignore those people and just publish the game without modifications, or even better remove the required censorship from japanese law for the US release.
