No i dont, my point is that there is a big chance that it could be put on the net. Specially if you own a rift cause facebook watches everything you do but not only with rift, with all headsets.

If anyone is worried about being recorded while playing Cherry VX play in offline mode. No connection is required to play. Hacking and privacy invasion is a serious problem and concern, so if anyone is worried just go offline!

I dont know if that will help, specially if you use an oculus and we know how facebook loves to spy on people, thats why they are pushing VR in the first place, if not them then probably microsoft or even steam, VR for porn will be great as the graphics, haptic feedback and resolution gets better but the privacy part ruins it all unfortunatly.

Freddie, your concern is valid in theory but is it practical for hackers to get into your VR system so they can take recordings of you beating one out.

Here's an example: There was a time when there were extremely low numbers of OSX (Apple Mac OS) viruses. The reason being that it would be far more cost effective to program a virus for Windows because of the much larger user base.

So if you are a hacker, would you program something that hacks into VR headset's low resolution cameras so you can record someone jacking off when the user base and potential reward is so small? ESPECIALLY when you can't even see his/her face with the inside out camera! Afterwards, you will need to blackmail this person to pay up, while you could have invested the same amount of time stealing credit card numbers or cryptocurrencies.

Yeah... I really wouldn't worry too much.

If that happens to me, I will be like "someone deepfaked me. I don't even own a headset. :p"

Most of the time, they would not even see anything interesting... Your room, your celling, shaky image of D for few seconds... Why someone would like to do this? Maybe because you are afraid that they will blackmail you, but then, with VR headsetr you probably will not show face, even in mirror you will have headset...

Who cares who knows you are getting turned on by a digital girl in VR. Its the most natural thing in the world to be fascinated by this. I would imagine imagine Facebook (or insert large corporation into your conspiracy theory here) have the funds to employ psychologists who would more likely label you a psychopath if they didn't find evidence of porn on your computer.
