Port Forward these:
External Port start: 7777 External Port End: 7788 TCP/UDP
External Port start: 27900 External Port End: 27900 TCP/UDP
External Port start: 42292 External Port End: 42292 TCP/UDP
Use ur IPv4 Address not your Default Gateway IP address when port forwarding these, make sure the Internal Port Start is the same as your external port start and your Internal Port End is the same as your External Port End. It should automatically fill in the internal ports when you choose TCP/UDP, just make sure they are the same though.
This should help you: http://portforward.com/ (Choose your router and UT2004 as game and should tell you how to port forward your router if you need it)
You can find your IPv4 through CMD > ipconfig /all or Control panel > Network and Sharing Center > change adapter settings > right click ur internet connection > Status > click on Details
And if that still doesnt work, tell ur friends to turn off their windows public firewall (windows 7), and do the same yourself. It should hopefully work out for you. Mine works perfectly now and all my friends can join with no problem at all.
