Unreal Tournament 2004 Competitive scene?
does it exist and or there online leagues i can join for this game?

Clanbase was the EU platform for ladders, leagues and cups, but it's gone.
Cluex every now and then organises a dm/tdm or tam event, but that's it. At the moment the Saints (St.) clan is organising a ctf cup for which the sign upsare closed.
ESL got some ladders, but they are quite dead due to a lack of people, raging opponents and because the admin is not fair play and benefitting himself with matchmaking.

For the US, I have no idea.

you call it typical, but in this case it is true. All you have to search for is UT2004 ladder and you should find a couple. Clanbase UT ladder's where dead ever since 2010 and the only one that somewhat was active was the 1v1 igib
