Is there a way to use the UT2k3 menu?
Title (main menu and settings menu and pre-match menu), or at least change the background image and color scheme because compared this one looks a lot worse imo.

You might be able to find a mod for it I guess? But I've not heard of anything like that

That or you may be able to download the files and change a few configuration settings. Nevertheless, I've not heard of any fix for this
