I'd say our first and original inspiration was Thrust, from Commodore 64 (old game I used to love as a kid). But obviously we played many other games for sources of inspiration.
We are currently busy working on Gravitators updates at the moment, we'll see how the game does before committing to a sequel though - we'll probably do a small fun game in between, to rest a bit from long projects.
Hope you enjoy this and our future games!
I never knew that game was the original one. The game I played was TerraFire, which was rather good with the graphics in its time.
