DLC Addon maps won't let you save progress

Hello! Played the main game and beat it. It was awesome. I do have some issues with the DLC portion of the game play. After playing "Back to school" I noticed that your progress for what you have done there is not saved. Am I missing something when trying to find a way to save or is this something that needs to be addressed? Thank you for making another fun game!
