Everything written in the game is a code made for fun for the community to crack. "Simming" is an easy one: its one word and u just need to switch the S with the M. Then you get this letter from the first game saying a lot of strange stuff, but if u think hard, you can translate the letter word by words to crack the code and translate it to actual English. It goes with the lack of dialogues in the game.
The written language in Hello Neighbor is actually based on a 'secret language' Nikita (the creator) had with his brother as a child! I can assure you any words you see that are a little scrambled were by design. ;)
