How to get auto lockpick

I unlocked this in my tree and checked several different shops, but I couldn't find it anywhere

I think there's a bug at 402 house. You cannot unlock the door with the standard lockpick and if you see youtube videos, they were able 9 months ago. We cannot buy this item. We are stuck in the story.

Yup I am stuck in the story too. Had to uninstall because I spent like several hours looking for it/stuff to do to progress and I couldn't.
