Campaign- Warfare overkill

Who at Epic thought 'that' many warfare missions in a campaign (as in many ppl play it solo) would be a good idea? The bots here are the best I've used, but the 1 thing they're not good at, is warfare missions. On some maps, it's a pure exercise in frustration. I was hoping to enjoy the campaign more :/ I started it years ago- stopped because of the annoyance of a warfare mission. Yesterday I pick it back up and 'hope' to finish all 4 ch. (2 down, 2 to go)

1 question- how to use the teleports? I try to use them- but they never take me anywhere. I don't know if I was trying to use it wrong or if it's disabled in campaign?? They would surely help no doubt.

The bots can get stuck in Warfare maps e.g. in vehicles or in corners. So in some levels you start with 3 team mates and then after a few minutes you have one active team mate left.

In normal I could finish the campaign without help, in hard I had to use a card for two levels iirc. In one of the maps I added two team mates and then ended up with 4 of them stuck in a vehicle :D

I think you press E to get in the teleport menu, then click where you want to go and press one of the buttons. I'd have to look again. They do work.

Yeah it's E, which is obvious as that shows as a screen prompt, but selecting a location wasn't working, so today I tried to double click the location and that worked, sometimes. I think they're just not useable very often, I know there are some times when you can't use them, so they're only helpful part of the time. I am on the last chapter. I can't wait until it's over. I love the game but really despize warfare missions.

I'm on a warfare mission on Avalanche, seems like a pretty straight-forward map, but I keep losing it because it's like they have more players. Anytime I capture something, they reverse it, nearly instantly. I can't make it but a few times to center node- pathetic... and frustrating. The only card to play is one making vehicle armor heavier- as if they needed incentive to be in the vehicles more!

Some missions give an option, but often you get stuck doing the warfare anyway- for a sp mode- there should be an optional mission to bypass warfare missions as it just isn't a bots strong suit. Last chapter- it's like getting tackled on the 1yd line!! Ridiculous.

Foxmod addresses plenty of AI issues and generally makes for a more challenging and enjoyable campaign.

In some of the missions the enemy has two more teammate than you do. The game gives you the cards you need to balance things out or even greatly tip things in you favor.

Also you could ask someone to play co-op with you.

I'm not playing for co-op ach's.

I'll just try it off and on, maybe they won't always give them extra ppl, hopefully that part is random. I'm almost finished, just want to have it over with. No way I plan to play the campaign again after this, but I would like to finish the last chapter.

Yeah Onyx Coast and the missions like it are a special kind of hell. Your "teammates" {if you can call them that} are useable for all of the time time it takes for a second leviathan to spawn. Then your completely on your own against 4+ enemies. if you could just get ONE competent team mate, everything would be work out so much better... but good luck with that ♥♥♥♥.
