Takes Too Long to Download Files

I purchased the game a couple of days ago. Everytime I join a server, it starts downloading certain files which takes 5-10 minutes. And by the time it launches, the match is ended and a new match is about to start. The download starts all over again (and at this time everyone else leaves). I haven't played a single online match yet because of this. I'm starting to regret buying this game. How to fix it ? Are there any servers which DO NOT require any additional downloads ??

Install the community bonus maps packs and you should have most of the files it tries to download.
