By default you should disable the filter: Settings - Video - Advance, there you look for the line "Enable Bloom and Depth of Field" and you DISABLE it. In most cases that should be enough.

If that is not enough for you then go to Settings - Video and you chose there a different post processing mode like "vivid".

Or you crank up saturation and contrast of your monitor and/or graphics card.

Thanks. Anyway UT 4 is way better than UT3. UT3 after years looks like the game for kids, lol.

Yes, that one for sure. Although the issue is that even with it if you configure it well, some things still look really bad and it's really hard to do anything about it.

A lot of the maps and weapons just don't have that much colour in the source textures, so there's not really a good way to make it more colourful. It's a more black-and-gray-oriented visual style that was very of-the-era.
If you look into custom maps, some of the ones with custom materials/textures can look pretty colorful, notably in the HOLP packs.

You can install ReShade and choose a nice Reshade plugin, to make UT3 seem more colorful. But there'll be a bit of an FPS loss. No probs if you have a beefy PC though.
