Unreal 3 black edition just... won't open...

I tried all the re-installing stuff... tried confirming game file integrity... But no progress so far. It says "game is running" then it stops. Not even the banner pops up. PLEASE HELLLP

This directory isn't removed when you uninstall and isn't checked by Steam. It's a pretty common cause of crashes if your config files are currupt. There's many reasons why config files become currupt but the easiest fix is to just delete the entire folder and let the game create a fresh config based on default values.

Go to binaries folder and see if your UT3 exe is there. Right click on it and select run as administrator. Steam does not have to be running for this to work. See if it launches from directly from the exe.

Can you double check to see if you deleted the "Unreal Tournament 3" folder in Documents/My Games/ then restart? I know you said you did, and I want to trust you, but that error is caused by a currupt config.

game is also deleted.. reinstalling will come back when installation is finished.
