Game looks like it uses Half-life 2 assets, I know that is the obvious going for the HL2 theme, but what game engine is this game using? Source Engine? if so would hammer editor work?

Narko Engine is a custom fork of Unreal Engine 4, later renamed Brutal Engine. It features its own lighting, shadows, and shaders. This fork also includes optimizations for loading times and GPU performance, providing players with a wide range of settings to adjust the game to their hardware. It was created by a single developer, Vladislav Meshcheryakov.
