yep, they have rtx, you can find it in setting, about hdr i dont know...

I didn't see HDR, but it has RT Shadows, RT Reflections and RT Global Illumination too. The graphics are highly customizable.

It has RTX and it looks amazing.

This game has some of the most extensive graphics options I've seen in many years. It does have RTX, not sure about HDR though.
