EDIT: We have deployed a new version that seems to have sold the issue for several players. If you still have the issue, please tell us!

It is likely your version of windows is missing the Media Feature Pack. It should be installed by default but it seems it isn't for some players and this causes issues when the game tries to play a video through the Unity Video Player.

If you are encountering crashes, we invite you to make sure you have downloaded and installed the Media Feature Pack for your version of windows.
Please report back here if it has solved (or not) the issue.

Downloaded and installed Microsoft-Windows-MediaFeaturePack-OOB-Package_x64.msu, did not fix the issue.

However, weirdly the DEMO version of the game worked perfectly! (Also did work before installing the Mediapack)

Hey! Did you try the last update I pushed like an hour ago? Restart Steam just to be sure and please tell me if it is working now.

I did have the latest update but that didn´t help.
However, I have reinstalled it and it works now.

I think the problem arose due to me having the demo installed first and then steam upgrading the demo into the full game because I have noticed that the demo was gone once I bought the full game.

Alright... That's strange indeed but I'm glad you got it working now!

For no apparent reason, Tin Can keeps crashing my computer at random times. I have tried lowering the graphics and I have also tried other games, all of wich work fine. But for some reason Tin Can keeps crashing my computer.

Maniged to solve the problem by dusting my laptop. The game was just causing my card to thermal throttle and crash lol.

my game continues crashing in loading screens, i gotta start it like 10 times to simply play 1 round..

i have 580 rx and ryzen 9 79503DX and it keep flickering while it on low graphic mode i don't why please help
