Janky movement?
When moving in pod via WASD the view looks like stuttering and very distracting, like it's 10 fps.
Rotating view with the mouse has no such problem - nice and smooth...

Anyone else has such issue?

Setting "motion blur" to any value seems to have no effect.

what is your specs and ingame settings? I have no issues with low fps or 'janky movements' its smooth for me.

Is it only when youre walking or when in zero-g is movement the the same?

Ideas:
Try settings lowest as possible, and slowly adjust them? (if its not spec issues then look at your FPS if you can to see if you are getting low FPS

Same here.
I got the game right from EA launch. The microstuttering when walking was introduced for me with an update about half a year ago. It only occurs while walking/running, not when looking around via mouse or in zero gravity and does not apply to animations.
At the time I was able to fix it by enabling Vsync, but since two or three patches later, it occurs regardless of any settings or display device.
I have not been able to find a solution until this day. FPS are stable.

I have the same problem. Major stuttering when I move, as if my character was making many micro-steps instead of completely smooth movement. Refresh rate seems perfectly normal when looking around.

I use a 3060 Ti with 165hz monitor. VSYNC doesn't seem to affect this.

With BETA 1.0.03c, the microstuttering has finally been eliminated for me. This is especially evident in Relay Station. It is also gone in Medusa Pod, here I would additionally like to see the floor not be quite so uneven. Personally, I don't like it so much that you sort of jolt across the floor. From a technical standpoint, though, the motion is now fluid, at least on my PC.

Good to know that it's fixed for on you the current beta version. I still got feedback from another player who still has the problem, though, so I'm a bit confused. I guess I'll push the update on the main branch and see if its fixed for others or not.

I had the opportunity to test beta 1.0.03c, and it did not resolve the issue for me. I documented this in the beta feedback channel in their discord server. I'm not aware of any further development on this issue since then.

I have since refunded the game so I'm unable to test another beta. I'm looking forward to hearing about any further progress regarding this issue!

We are still trying to figure this out. I'll keep you posted if we manage to reproduce and fix the issue.

Hello,
I have the same issue, it seems to be the same issue that plague Unity games, it's mostly visible with high refresh rate monitor. I'm not an expert but it looks like the physics or animation engine is capped at 60 fps, but the whole game framerate is not, so it give the impression that the game stutters.
Unfortunately this issue makes the game unbearable to look at.
