But try Bladestorm.
and I just started following Voor De Kron.
I wish Creative Assembly would make a Total War similar to KUF's mechanics. Dream game
amen
Wars and Warriors: Joan of Arc.
less tactics more big battles
The main issue with KUF is that, like Castyles said:
Its a very unique concept that I think most people wouldn't have expected to work well due to how very different the strategy and hack-n-slash genres work and what audiences they tend to attract. KUF worked amazingly well, but I think the vastly different ideas puts off a lot of the bigger publishers who would be able to fund something like this sufficiently well... or they'd hear the typical "like this and this game put together" and likely envision something closer to Mount&Blade. Good game in its own right, don't get me wrong, but its not got the tactical level that KUF has.
thx for all those who gave suggestions more candy for ppl who help
The 2 K9 said are it.
These are the ONLY 2 that come close to KUF sadly, and in each of them they are missing one big piece to complete it.
Have tried all the "other" games mentioned here and most of them aren't even close lol...... Like wtf guys, just dont suggest anything if the games are THAT far from being KUF. Like, freaking Dynasty warriors? Really? Not even close, not even a hint of RTS, just freaking no dude wth.
TW games have no control over a main hero for action on the field.
Bannerlord has everything KUF does "EXCEPT" that there is zero fantasy involved. It's just your classic arrows/swords etc, which is ok.
Of the 2.... Bannerlord is what's nearly identical, fantastic game. And still the only game that comes close sadly. It also has the BEST mod authors coding for games I've seen, right next to Rust PVE mods.
Ideally? TW Warhammer 2/3 with hero control like KUF would've quadrupled their sales.
