I honestly don't think that's a clever financial move, considering how it turned out last time. A mediocre hack'n'slash that takes away the only unique thing of the series was kind of the start of the downfall of the entire franchise.

Circle of doom was great, but it just didn't fit the style, KUF2 doesnt even fit the void that was left behind by KUF Heroes and crusaders. i'd love to see a new game like Heroes, with all the characters we know and love, same combat, better graphics and animations so we can have a higher FPS cap, or just simply remaster the older games IMO.

I hated it when I played it years ago as it lost all the charm of the other games but considering how bad KUF2 ended up being I'll happily give it another go.

Leinhart was the most enjoyable character for me in circle of doom, maxing him out with some stupid strong sword with 2 health bar per hit health regen XD

yea my leinhart is outrageously strong, even though i dont have his weapons maxed out, since you need to find weapons with the exact modifiers you need. and the gold too.

i did too, it just felt tedious when you played a character that wasn't your playstyle. i loved leinhart, fast and powerful, then trying to switch to someone else felt wonky.

Circle of Doom is enjoyable and it had decent story stuff for many characters that appeared in Crusaders.

I remember renting this because I loved KUF:Crusaders and Heroes and man was I disappointed. It's not that I thought it was bad, it just wasn't what I considered to a Kingdom Under Fire game after the pace set by the first two games. It came out feeling like a greedy move to enter the 360 era with Xbox 360 style graphics. But that being in the past it doesn't seem like any harm would come if they re-released it on PC, assuming the cost of porting it outweighs the sales.

It gets boring because it's 100% hack n slash + grinding.

If they bring it back it should come with coop + mod support and cheat engine.

Otherwise? Ain't nobody got time for that.
