Question before buying

Hello. My last FIFA was 15 or something like that so I have a huge gap between this and 21. I don't like multiplayer in almost all games so I won't play it here. But FUT mode looks very interesting for me (i never played this mode in previous versions), so can I play and enjoy this mode in single player, playing vs computer clubs or something like that? Creating own team with chosen players was always my favourite thing in FIFA so as you can see, FUT looks perfectly suited for me. But can I achieve something, get new cards and have fun in here in single player?

Nope. Single player is career mode.

So FUT doesn't have ANY mode that allows me to play vs computer?

There are a lot of single player modes, but EA only cares for FUT (grind or p2w). You can play against AI in FUT too, it is called "Friendlies", you can play against clubs or other players teams there.

Yes, Squad Battles. It has weekly rewards depending on what rank you reach. Its like weekend league but vs com and ofc the rewards are nothing compared with weekend league.

Ok, thanks, I will probably buy this game sooner or later if FUT can be played offline. What can you tell me about carrer and other modes, are they good, fun? Is FIFA 21 worth buying? I am a casual football fan so I don't need any special versions, basic looks fine for me

I played career mode with AC Milan it was fun even tho just played for like 3 seasons... Then I went to FUT, built a squad for the weekend league etc... For me it was woth it, im close to 500hrs. You can still build a squad by just playing squad battles if you wanna play fut offline.
Also Volta mode is fun with friends tho.

FUT is an online mode, ur squad is a squad of what card u have owned as well ur opponent. FIFA15 should have FUT, so they are all same/simialr. career mode is what the game originally it is, official league, rule, and team squad.

Nice, thank you, I will probably buy this game in next sale. But I have last question - have EA still making spin-off series about world cups? I remember how much fun I had in 2010 and 2014 edition, because I loved to play as national teams more than clubs
