Only Messi is updated / transferred to PSG in fifa 21 online

For the last 2 days I can see some players in online using Messi in PSg, I thought EA made a great update where we have sancho, lukaku, CR7, ramos etc., . But when I checked all team squads no other player transfers of this summer window has been updated except messi to PSG. This is really really strange move by EA. I am not even sure whether it is a bug or not. Or EA is so lame like as usual :(

Me either, even messi hasn't moved yet in my fifa 21. i can see also they using messi in PSG. is it officialy update or external update ??
