Fifa is lagging like hell without a reason

i play all new games with max settings without lags

since todays update i have the same problem, the game looks like a Dia-Show.
pre match it shows me 15 ms and after the game starts its just unplayable

in the menus is always 30 fps, try to add fps limit to 50 for fifa in your graphics control panel, its wierd i know but it plays better, thats how i fixed mine lag

I have the exact same problem since yesterday. It always runs smoothly on ultra settings for me, but since yesterday's update, it's just unplayable. The game is lagging and stuttering BOTH offline and Online. Even the commentary stutters. Feel absolutely helpless :(

i just played 2 games normal and the 4.th has the lag problem...when i restart my pc i will be able to play 1 or 2 games normal and then it will lag wtf....what can i do

I think it's something to do with Microsoft's One drive trying to upload the replay data
