Crossplay between Steam & Origin ?!

Hey guys , anyone got informations about it ?

I wanted to play with a friend ( he got the Game on Origin , and i got it on Steam ) , nothing worked it always said the lobby is full , or game not existed anymore ...


Do you got the same ? Or could you help me how to fix this ? I already got 2,8 Hours ...so refund is not an option anymore -.- .

yeah, its crossplay. When you have the steam version you have to sign in to origin too

dont get me wrong , i can play the game Online without any Problems .

but i can´t join a lobby( coop , or FUT coop ) with a friend who got the game on Origin

Yeah, I think its a bug, yesterday I played with an origin friend, today after the update I can't, I could play with a Steam friend tho, if I added him no Origin

Same for me. I (Steam) can't play with my friend (Origin) in coop because everytime we invite each other we only stare for our own tifo for decades and the only way out is Alt + F4 when we're tired of waiting.

does anyone know if i can somehow move the game to steam? i bought it on origin but wanna have it on steam too because i have like 200€ on my steam account and want to use them to buy packs.

I think it does not work now for steam player to play co op with Origin player

I found a topic on the french EA support, they know this problem is existing, and they're trying to clear it (sorry for my english, that's a disaster... XD )

same here. I have noticed that searching for opponents takes longer time now. I believe the majority of FIFA players have the origin version

Simply transfer the 'Fifa21.exe' from the standard edition to a PC which is running the Pro/Ultimate edition and launch Fifa through Origin. We are now able to play between Standard & Pro/Ultimate.

when you launch it from Steam it literaly opens Origin and launches from there
