origin error code

it lets me hit play and even on origin it says start your trial but then when i click play i get an error code saying "external service is having some issues" "error description null" "error_code null" anybody else getting this?

After installing by clicking Play now on Steam Fifa 21 store page

go here in explorer
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FIFA 21

and run Fifa_Trial.exe

had the same issue with jedi fallen order.
In the folder:
steamapps\common\Jedi Fallen Order\__Installer
was a cleanup.exe and touchup.exe. I ran both of them and it magically worked.
