I will buy this for full price, if it have chance to play online with friends vs cpu, i mean all tournaments, leagues and on and on. If not, goodbye.

Well, at least you can via Moonlight Streaming or Parsec. It's exactly the same as Share Play on PS4. Provided you and your friend have decent internet, you can play any local multiplayer game together with the aforementioned programs. I've been playing co-op Career Mode/ML for years this way. Works quite well.
