Who is getting the message? The host or the client?

Try switching the host.

Otherwise you might have to use another service, like parsec.

1.) we both have steam remote play enabled
2.) the client me is getting the message
3.) we already tried switching the host where i host it instead of him but now he has the message so should i use parsec?

I noticed a pattern in my crashes, always crashing when it tries to load in a dungeon or loading out of it. Im reinstalling to see if thats the problem bc after many times of verifying the game files it isnt really working.

Update: it didnt work.

I can't start co-op in general without a controller so i cant get the goat fleece. kinda upset about this

The Moon Necklace doesn't work with followers of the Night Owl trait. It also doesn't work properly with the Snoring trait, as snoring Night Owls will not cause other Night Owls to wake up.

It's a bug regarding the co-op unlocking it, await the next patch to get the fleece!

Just wondering, will there be multiplayer improvements released? My gf really enjoy playing together but sometimes you just have to sit and watch the other person design the base or talk with cultists. Would be nice to maybe have a split screen type thing for when building or talking to cultists so we can enjoy the base management more.

Bummer, we were so excited! We don't even have another gamepad, we've just been playing with our keyboards and mouses lol. So... what kind of controller would both need? We've never used controllers with steam-

Edit: There seem to already be mods out there for online co-op. Complicated to install, and unfinished, but they still exist. So there WOULD have to be a way to implement online co-op without having to re-make the game from scratch. Hoping the right people see this perhaps...?

Well they are only a small programmer group. even tho there are mod for this. i bet if they had that guy who worked at blizzard who made a game called heart something they could do it.
