Splendid vegetable feast recipe

Received a quest from one my of follower to make a splendid vegetable feast but I didn't have the 4th area unlocked yet. I unlocked it, gathered the necessary ingredients, but the recipe didn't unlock, even after waiting a couple of in game days, going on another crusade, etc.
