'Traitor in Our Midst' quest not completable

hello, I recently had my cult reach 0 faith but then I quickly got it back up. However, I then get a quest by a follower that had red eyes, then it said I had to reeducate or kill the dissenter, but they immediately stopped. I have no idea which one it is now, and the quest is still there, even after I reeducated a dissenter recruit.

I have reported ingame as well.
