Kallamar didn't appear in my Cult
After I beat Kallamar, he didn't appear in my cult, normally I wouldn't care, but If the pattern is correct, kallamar is supposed to give me a quest to get a relic. And I don't like to miss out.

What should I do?

same here, but with heket. I beat him in the same crusade in which I rescued leshy (he sinned too much). Did you too ?

That's what happened to me aswell, i rescued a follower from sin and beat the bishop, the follower appeared but not kallamar. Well, i just on and off my steam deck and that solve the issue.
