literally all of my progress deleted

hey there, so I just opened up the game today and it came up with a pop up that said that it needed to retrieve my save files. I let it load and then when I went to play, my save file was deleted completely. I don't know what to do. Can someone help?

Hey! So i just ACCIDENTALLY deleted my save in the game:( I checked the game files and the save is there. Do you know how to return it back into the game
