Unable to hear any sound during startup
Notes:
1. Sound worked find during the demo
2. Sound does not work first occurred during game release
3. No sounds are muted
4. Have multiple audio cables (VB Cables w/Voicemeeter Potato)
5. Sound does work for other games except for Cult of the Lamb
6. Ran verify integrity of game files 4 times
7. Restarted the computer and my audio cables various amounts of times
8. Uninstalled and installed game multiple times

I have this this problem as well. No audio. I run virtual cables with voicemeeter potato. Directing the audio from the settings in System>Sounds>Advanced Sound Options does nothing.

I pretty much followed all of the tips in this article:
https://www.getdroidtips.com/cult-of-the-lamb-no-sound-problem/

-I've checked all my audio drivers. Up to date.
-Verified Integrity of game files 3 times.
-No Nahimic Audio Driver on my computer
-Removed CotL Config
-Everything is connected and clear
-My Peripherals are at a minimum

Everything else on my pc, and every other game has good, clean audio.
I am not reinstalling my audio setup just for this.
