I'm not sure that breeding tent needs any gender
After all, Shamura, Bishop of War, the eldest of the four Bishops of the Old Faith religion is a purple non-binary spider
And we have spiders, bugs, fishes, mushrooms soon, plants, god know what monsters...
I think the Breeding Tent(tm) will be a place of a tantric ritual, so cross species breeding could work and male or female or non-binary or anything will not mater, hence the Egg-creation (after all, plants, cats , wolves - yes, I threw the old rat to the Fox - etc. not really reproduce via eggs)
I don't think they will. I think they will stay without gender and think its probably the best idea to do so TBH
The fact that the game is designed to allow people to make things up like this is truly masterful game design. I think I'm in love.
Now if only I could get my two favourite husbands to fight to the death...
Or it may not.
It may follow Minecraft logic (it has gender neutral breeding both for animals and villagers)
